teaching at berridge

Every July, Brian teaches the film course at The Berridge Programs. The course takes place in the historic Chateau le Mont Epinguet. The chateau once homed a Nazi communications centre before the allied advance regained control. Roman artefacts have also been found here

His students learn the fundamentals of filmmaking in this magical place and each student gets to make his/her own short film from scratch. Under Brian's guidance, the students write, direct, shoot and edit a short film. The course is relatively young with only three summers completed but a number of his students have already had screenings of their films at international film festivals
